The company is owned by a former California law enforcement officer with 29 years of service in corrections and state parole, 1989 to 2017: Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Parole Agent, and Agent II Specialist. Assignments included a Special Emergency Response Team activated during the 1992 Los Angeles riots, Training Sergeant, Watch Commander and Facility Lieutenant, and regional headquarters work on high-notoriety cases and appeals coordination, as a certified use-of-force specialist.
For 27 of those years he also represented officers as a union representative through discipline, internal affairs, and appeals. He has read more personnel files, complaint logs, and Skelly packets than most attorneys, and knows the difference between an allegation, an unsustained finding, and a sustained one.
Today the company is actively supporting and working with current and former officers across agencies to document and respond to false, misleading, and defamatory content on the internet, including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and search engines, and to build the accurate public record each officer has earned. The work is performed under 613 Forensic Services, an independent documentation and review practice.

Our Standard
We work on accuracy, context, and fair presentation of a career. We do not accept engagements involving sustained findings of excessive force, dishonesty, sexual misconduct, or abuse of a person in custody. If a search result is true, our job is to make sure it is not the only thing people see, and that your full record stands beside it. If a search result is false, misleading, or defamatory, our job is to document it and respond to it through lawful channels. We never create fake reviews or identities, contact journalists under false pretenses, interfere with any investigation, or alter any official record.
