All sales are final. Once an engagement is confirmed and work has begun, fees are non-refundable.
Engagements
This policy restates Section 5 of the Terms of Service. All sales are final once an engagement is confirmed and work has begun, including where results differ from expectations, where third parties decline a request, or where the client discontinues early.
Declined engagements
The only exception is a full return of payment if the Company declines the engagement under its standard before any work begins.
Monitoring
Monitoring subscriptions are cancellable for the following month. The month in progress is not refunded.
